OPEN BETA
It is being built while you use it
GymOS is in open beta. That is not a soft way of saying “new”: it ships most days, things move, and you will find rough edges we have not. In exchange you get 60 days free, a direct line to the people building it, and the founding rate if you stay.
THE DEAL
What each side signs up for
WHAT YOU GET
- 60 days free, no card. Long enough to run a real term on it, not just click around. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved until you decide to pay.
- Anything you report, looked at within 24 hours. Not fixed within 24 hours, every time. Looked at, triaged and answered by a person, with a real answer about when it will be fixed.
- The founding rate if you stay. A beta gym that converts to paid claims a Founding seat like any other, at whatever band is open when the first invoice clears.
WHAT WE ASK
- Tell us when it breaks. There is a report button in the console on every page. It sends us the page you were on and what you were doing, which is most of the work of a bug report.
- Put something real on it. A beta account with three test members teaches us nothing. Your actual timetable and your actual roster is what finds the problems.
- Expect it to change. Screens move, defaults change, and something you liked may get reworked. Your data does not move: published skill tree versions never change, and your members, schedule and history stay where they are.
BETA TO FOUNDING
Converting is what makes you a founder
A Founding seat is claimed on your first paid invoice, never at signup. That is deliberate: a trial takes no card, so claiming at signup would fill the cohort with gyms that never pay and push the gyms that do into a worse band.
So the beta and the founding cohort are the same path, not two offers. Join now, run it for 60 days, and the day you decide to pay you take the next seat in whichever band is still open.

The full founding terms — which seats are lifetime, what the discount applies to, and how a seat can be lost.
WHEN IT ENDS
When 1,000 gyms are on paid plans
The beta runs until the Founding cohort is full: 1,000 gyms on paid plans. It is the same thousand, not two targets. A seat is claimed on a first paid invoice, so the counter that fills the cohort is the counter that ends the beta.
Not a date, because a date would tempt us to call it finished on a Tuesday whether or not it was.
Ending the beta does not change your trial or your rate. Your 60 days are written onto your subscription the day you start, and a Founding seat you have claimed is yours on the terms you claimed it under.
