Your roster
Members are assigned to you by the gym admin. Your dashboard lists them with their recent attendance and skill progress, so you can see at a glance who has been in and who has gone quiet.
Skill evaluations
The gym's program is a skill tree: categories of skills with levels. Use Quick evaluate right on your dashboard: pick the member, pick the skill, score it, and add a note if it's useful later. Evaluations build the member's progression history: they see it on their own dashboard, and it feeds the gym's progression analytics. Made a mistake? Evaluations can be corrected, and the correction is tracked rather than overwriting history.
Evaluate little and often: a 10-second score after class beats a monthly deep dive, and it keeps the member-facing progress view alive.
Fight camp
For members preparing to compete, the fight-camp tools live on your dashboard:
- Weigh-ins — log weight over time to track a cut against the target.
- Sparring logs — record sessions, partners, and notes.
- Fight records — results, opponent, and event, building the member's competitive history.
Members see their own fight-camp view read-only on their dashboard; what you log is what they see.
What you can't do (by design)
Trainers can view member profiles and record training data, but membership changes, billing, and schedule management belong to admins and front desk. If a member asks about their dues or plan, send them to the front desk.
